The General Terms and Conditions of Business of Happy Summer Sky LTD. define the terms under which the seller will conduct its activities towards users through its website www.legendland.hr (hereinafter referred to as the “website”). 8-12-2023

MAIN PRODUCT FEATURES

The service we provide consists of selecting and reserving tickets and memberships for the Legendland theme and water park (hereinafter: Legendland Park).

Currently, our service is exclusively limited to the reservation of tickets and memberships for Legendland Park and does not include their sale.

The online reservation of Legendland Park tickets and memberships is intended to facilitate and expedite the future purchase process for personal, non-commercial use.

By reserving tickets, users contribute to and support the project through crowdfunding. We commit to publishing and providing all financial data and reports and keeping users informed at every step of the project’s progress.

A ticket reservation in no way constitutes a contractual or pre-contractual obligation to purchase the reserved tickets in the future. Once we commence the sale of the reserved products, users who have made reservations will receive a non-binding offer to purchase the reserved products by email. Users are not obligated to respond to or act upon the above mentioned offer.

Reservations can be cancelled at any time.

The estimated date of project completion is in the year 2027.

The project’s location will be disclosed when we settle the issue with the land.

We are currently in the development phase, and it is possible to continuously amend the General Terms and Conditions of Business to improve our website and services.

The General Terms and Conditions of Business also include the Privacy Policy.

The member is obliged to provide accurate information for those who wish to use this membership.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE ONLINE RESERVATION PROCESS

Reservations are made on the www.legendland.hr website by completing the provided form. When filling out the form, the user must enter all the required personal information. The user is defined as a person who uses the website, the same as any website visitor. Reservations can be made with the user’s confirmation that they have read and understood the General Terms and Conditions and agreed to them, acknowledging that the provided service is a reservation order without a contractual obligation to pay. Reservations can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Happy Summer Sky d.o.o. is not responsible for the costs of using computer equipment and telecommunication services necessary to access the service. The user will be notified by email about the reservation confirmation.

Reservations for products and/or services on behalf of minors or persons deprived of legal capacity (fully or partially) can only be requested by their legal representatives.

The reservation process takes place in the Croatian language, and the reservation confirmation is also in Croatian language. Reservations are made by ordering available products chosen by the user based on photos and basic product descriptions. Photos are illustrative and may not always correspond in all details to available products. The reservation process is simple and can be done from the comfort of the user’s home, anywhere in the world. Product search is possible using various criteria. By entering a specific term in the “Search,” products related to that term will appear. Users can choose a product of interest, read its description, and decide if it meets their needs. The displayed prices are gross and include VAT. Subsequent changes can be made to existing products or new products can be added, but without causing any damages to users who have made a reservation. The reservation process can be stopped and cancelled at any time.

In the first step of the reservation process, the user needs to select the “Tickets” category from the main menu. After selecting the “Tickets” category, three types of tickets available for reservation will be displayed: “Tesla Lifetime Membership,” “Black Queen Membership,” and “King Epulon Membership.” In this step, the user can choose the ticket or multiple tickets that best suit their preferences and that they wish to reserve. After selecting the desired ticket or tickets, the user chooses the “View Cart” option. In the third step, the user’s “Cart” will be displayed, showing the selected tickets for reservation and their prices. In the “Cart,” the user can remove selected tickets and change their quantity, after which it needs to choose the “Update Cart” option. Also, in this step, the user can enter a promotional code in the designated space and choose the “Apply Coupon” option. If the number of tickets and their prices match the user’s preferences, the user chooses “Proceed to Checkout.”

To proceed with the reservation, the user needs to accept our General Terms and Conditions in the intermediate step by checking the box ” I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions”. By checking this box, the user confirms that they have read and understood these General Terms and Conditions and agrees to them. After accepting the General Terms and Conditions, in the fifth step, “Checkout,” the user’s order and the “Billing details” interface are displayed. In the “Biling details” interface, the user enters their personal information and the indicated personal information that will be on the selected ticket. After entering the required personal data and double-checking all displayed information, the user chooses the “Place Order” option. The user will notice that the “Reserve Tickets” option is pre-selected because we currently do not sell the specified tickets. After choosing the “Place Order” option, the user’s order confirmation will be displayed, which will simultaneously be sent to the user’s email address along with the General Terms and Conditions and the order number, confirming that the user’s order has been received and is in process.

If the user has not received a reservation confirmation via email within 24 hours or is unable to access the service as indicated in the email, they must contact the service provider at the email address [email protected] or at the phone number +385 1 6386318 from Monday to Friday (excluding non-working days) between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

In case Happy Summer Sky LLC is unable to deliver any of the reserved products for any reason, an employee of Happy Summer Sky LLC will contact the user by phone or email to discuss the delivery of a replacement product or the possible cancellation of the ordered product.

In case of problems or uncertainties during the order, the user can contact Happy Summer Sky d.o.o. at the email address [email protected] or at the phone number +385 91 5491181 from Monday to Friday (excluding non-working days) between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

In order for Happy Summer Sky d.o.o. to respond to a written complaint from a user that is not sent by email, users are requested to provide accurate information about their name and surname, and the address to which the response will be delivered. A response to a user’s complaint must be provided in writing by Happy Summer Sky d.o.o. within 15 days of receiving the complaint.

In the event of a dispute, Happy Summer Sky d.o.o. and the user will resolve it amicably, and if not possible, the competent court is the Municipal Civil Court in Zagreb, applying Croatian law. Dispute resolution is possible at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce Court of Honor or other mediation centres.

If the users accept the General Terms and Conditions of Business, they also accept all other terms listed on the website and all other provisions on that website. If a user disagrees with any part of the General Terms and Conditions of Business, they are requested not to use the website.
